MacPherson (Val Kilmer), a former Marine wounded in Iraq, reluctantly decides to come out to a small Arizona town to help out at a fellow soldier's ranch. When he gets there, he finds his buddy and his ranch have disappeared. Everyone is afraid to mention it. MacPherson is pushed and pushed until he must bring justice to this small town. CONSPIRACY is a post 9/11 C-grade Western. Val Kilmer, Jennifer Esposito, and Gary Cole only can do so much with a bad script ridden with plot holes and a low budget. Skip it.
