SYNOPSIS: Laura Quinn (Demi Moore) is an intelligent manager at the London Diamond Corporation. She gets passsed over for promotion again and again despite her years of experience over others. Hobbs (Michael Caine), an overlooked janitor nearing retirement convinces Laura to help him steal diamonds from the vault. When it's late, Laura discovers that Hobbs has a personal score to settle.

ANALYSIS: FLAWLESS is a clever diamond heist film with great central performances from Michael Caine and Demi Moore. Somehow the crew used filming in Luxembourg to their best and come up with a period 1960s diamon heist film. the featurette on the making of the film show what helps make director Michael Radford's film stand out from the rest. Michael Caine and Demi Moore don't get enough great film roles to explore like the characters they play in FLAWLESS.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The only extra is a brief 11 minute featurette- EXPLORING THE FACETS- which looks at the story, the two leads, production and costume design, cinematography, and filming in Luxembourg.

FINAL ANALYSIS: FLAWLESS shows that a great film can still be made around a heist and feature work from two actors who don't get enough great roles to sink their teeth into.
